God of War 20th Anniversary Collection 13 Lp

In honour of the 20th Anniversary of God of War, Sony Interactive Entertainment’s Santa Monica Studio and Laced Records have united to create a fearsome 13-disc vinyl set spanning 2005’s God of War to 2023’s God of War Ragnarök: Valhalla. Dual outer slipcases part to reveal seven separate outer sleeves, which in turn house a printed inner sleeve for each disc with artwork drawn from Santa Monica Studio’s extensive series archives. All music has been specially mastered for vinyl. At every step along Kratos’ odyssey, the music of God of War has been about capturing the flames and the fury of his struggle, harnessing the might of the orchestra, the humanity and divinity of the choir, and thunderous percussion. Each score is brimming with powerful, emotive themes worthy of the gods themselves, bringing a noble but warlike weightiness to the games.
