Domestic Shipping 

Free Shipping is available on all orders over $60.  

FandomWorld primarily uses UPS and USPS. Please note that any applicable shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to modify shipping rates and free shipping offers without prior notice. FandomWorld collects sales tax on all orders based on delivery address. 

International Shipping 

At this time, our shipping services only include the United States. While we strive to accommodate our customers, we are currently unable to ship to other international locations.

Returns & Exchanges

FandomWorld accepts returns in the event of damaged or incorrect products only.
Customers must
contact us within 30 days of receiving your product if you wish to return or exchange it. In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please include your name and order # along with a description and images of the issue to
FWsupport@fandomworld.com.  

Upon reviewing and validating your claim, we will either send a pre-paid shipping label for the return or provide instructions for the destruction of the damaged or defective product, along with a request for proof of destruction.  

Based on the situation, we will issue a replacement or a refund. Please allow 7-10 business days from the date we receive your return or proof of destruction for the process to be completed.  

In cases where a product needs to be returned for reasons other than damage or defect, it is essential that the product is in its new, factory-sealed, sellable condition. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will issue a refund for the product and taxes, though shipping charges will not be refunded. 

As with all aspects of our service, FandomWorld reserves the right to refuse returns from individuals who misuse our return policy. This approach ensures fairness and quality service for all our customers.

Please note that discounted or limited edition items may not be eligible for return.
  

Order Cancellations 

For customers who wish to cancel a pre-order or an order, please inform us at FWsupport@fandomworld.com before the item is shipped to receive a full refund.  

Note that any coupon codes and reward points used on the cancelled transaction will be forfeited.  

Product Change Alerts 

On rare occasions, a product may be listed with incorrect information or at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, a price or description change from the manufacturer, or other situation. In such instances, we will be proactive in addressing the issue to maintain fairness and transparency. 

If a product you have ordered has changed, we will promptly alert you of the discrepancy and allow you the opportunity to cancel or otherwise modify your order. FandomWorld prioritizes your experience and will handle these situations with care. While we reserve the right to modify or cancel orders under these circumstances, our team is committed to providing clear communication and efficient resolution. 

Should an order be adjusted or canceled due to a product change, and your credit card has already been charged, full credit will be issued to your account for the amount charged.
