You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Baltimore County, Maryland. 

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FandomWorld. 

Any provision of these Terms that is held invalid or unenforceable will be severable and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. 

FandomWorld may assign its rights and duties under these Terms at any time.
